In the heart of the village of Huez, just 200 m from the new Huez Express lift serving the Bergers ski station, Chalet des Grangettes,
an authentic wood-and-stone village house, welcomes you to a warm and welcoming space of over 100 m2, with its terrace and garden offering an unobstructed view of the valley.
FOR YOUR COMFORT :
First floor: a large living-dining room with a large walnut table, easily accommodating 8 guests.

In the basement: a master suite with a queen-size bed (160 x 200), a connected TV and a large bathroom with bath/shower, WC and ... a 2/3-seat infrared sauna. The benefits of the infrared sauna include gentle heat that penetrates deeper into muscle tissue, offering relaxation and relief from muscular tension. In addition, the infrared sauna can promote blood circulation, aid detoxification and contribute to healthier skin thanks to increased perspiration.

1st floor: one bedroom with 1 double bed (160 x 200) and TV, one bedroom with 4 single beds (80x200, including 1 pull-out). Each room has its own shower and washbasin.

At your disposal: free wifi, access to a streaming platform (Disney+), bluetooth speaker.

The chalet is equipped with :

• Kitchen: hob, conventional oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, fridge, freezer, espresso maker (ground coffee or pod-compatible (Senseo, etc.)), filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette/fondue machine.
• Living room: 1 smart TV, 1 connected speaker, 1 connected terminal (Alexa), library, board games and children's games.

PRACTICAL:
Free communal parking lot nearby, public parking lot opposite the house. Covered parking available in the resort near the Alpe Express.

Overnight: 150 to 495 €
Linen and towel hire fee: 15 €
Cleaning fee at the end of your stay: 220 €.

From €900 to €3,450 per week

Deposit: €1,500 per credit card imprint. Return after 7 days and inventory of fixtures
Bed linen and towels: ± 15 € per person (for the week)
End-of-stay cleaning: €220 (excluding kitchen and household waste).
