Village chalet with a sauna, 200 m from the slopes in the heart of Huez

In the heart of the village of Huez and 200 m from the new Huez Express lift, which serves the Les Bergers ski trailhead, the Chalet des Grangettes,
an authentic village house built of wood and stone, welcomes you to a cozy space of nearly 100 m² with a terrace and garden offering unobstructed views of the valley.

FOR YOUR COMFORT:
On the ground floor: a large living-dining room with a large walnut table that easily seats 8 guests.
In the basement: a master suite with a queen-size bed (160 x 200), a smart TV, and a large bathroom featuring a bathtub/shower, a toilet, and… a 2- to 3-person infrared sauna. The benefits of the infrared sauna include gentle heat that penetrates deeper into muscle tissue, providing relaxation and relief from muscle tension. In addition, the infrared sauna can promote blood circulation, aid in detoxification, and contribute to healthier skin through increased sweating.

On the first floor: one bedroom with one double bed (160 x 200) and a TV, and one bedroom with four single beds (80 x 200, including one pull-out bed). Each bedroom has its own shower and sink area.

At your disposal: free Wi-Fi, access to a streaming platform (Disney+), Bluetooth speaker

The chalet is equipped with:

• Kitchen: a stovetop, a conventional oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washer-dryer, a clothes dryer, a refrigerator, a freezer, an espresso machine (for ground coffee or compatible with pods (Senseo, etc.)), a drip coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and a raclette/fondue set.
• Living room: 1 smart TV, 1 smart speaker, 1 smart hub (Alexa), bookshelf, board games, and children’s games.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION:
Free municipal parking nearby; public parking across from the house. Option to park in a covered parking garage in the resort near the Alpe Express.

Overnight: 150 to 515 €
Linen and towel hire fee: 15 €
Cleaning fee at the end of your stay: 220 €.

From €900 to €3,450 per week

Security deposit: €1,500 via credit card authorization. Refunded after 7 days and an inspection of the property
Bedding and towels: approx. €15 per person (for the week)
End-of-stay cleaning: 220 € (excluding kitchen and trash).
