Description
Come and try your hand at rock climbing at Les Plâtes in Alpe d'Huez, near the Lacs Besson.
This introductory crag offers a varied and highly enjoyable style of climbing on gneiss-type rock.
Easy access by shuttle bus gets you to the foot of the site in just a few minutes from the Alpe d'Huez resort.
The area, particularly wild, will enable you to discover this very complete activity: strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, self-confidence... Accessible to all!
Equipment available: technical equipment (harness, helmet, ropes, karabiners, etc.).
Equipment to bring: sneakers or climbing shoes (can be rented from "La Montagne Sport" in Bourg d'Oisans) + pants + windbreaker or fleece + backpack with water (min 1l/pers.) + cereal bar snacks + sun cream.
