The Tour 2026 stage is the toughest in the history of amateur stages... It's by preparing as well as possible that this experience will become a wonderful memory for everyone.

We want to create a real buzz around the event and all Alpe d'Huez bib holders. Everyone at home will be keen to finish the event to the best of their ability, and to take advantage of the superb course on offer.
To ensure you're ready for the start of the race, we offer :

• Tailor-made coaching for 2 and a half months:

• weekly training plan adapted to your availability
• Training basics to help you understand the exercises you need to put in place to build up your physical condition.
• Follow-up on the IDO platform
• Telephone follow-up
• A personal meeting on the basics of nutrition and sports nutrition
