Yoga Vinyasa

Yoga classes in the heart of Alpe d'Huez and its surroundings. Join me to connect mind, body and soul in a rejuvenating environment. Private or group lessons in the open air with a panoramic view of the mountains. Open to all levels.

Certified RYT-200 Yoga Alliance yoga teacher, I offer Vinyasa Yoga classes, a dynamic practice based on movement, harmonized and initiated by breathing.
The practices follow a sequence of postures, while working on the alignment of the body.
Classes take place outdoors in a magnificent setting in the middle of the mountains or indoors.
I also offer Yin classes (gentle yoga), as well as children's and parent/child Yoga sessions.
