Who are we?
The botanical section is part of the UIAD Université Inter-âges du Dauphiné in Grenoble. The association is almost 50 years old, with over 500 courses and modules run by 250 volunteers and salaried staff.
This exhibition is produced by the botany section, which has 300 members and is run by 50 volunteers who give indoor courses and organize and supervise field outings for a day or a few days.
The section created this exhibition to mark its 40th anniversary 2 years ago, and wanted to develop it so that it could travel around the world. Its presentation at Alpe d'Huez is a first outside the walls of Grenoble.
