Climbing event on the cliffs of Lac Besson on Saturday August 30, 2025.
On The Roc Again is a friendly climbing event aimed at all climbers with an appetite for the great outdoors: FFME members or not, solo climbers or climbing clubs, adults of all ages, youngsters accompanied by an adult, families... Come one, come all to take part in a sporting and friendly challenge and discover the cliffs of Lac Besson.
Whether you're a novice, a beginner or an expert, you'll find an activity to suit all tastes: discovery climbing, safety and rescue workshops, climbing rallies, there's something for everyone.
Program :
Saturday August 30th
9am Welcome (coffee, tea and pastries)
This year, come and celebrate the start of the new sports season with a meeting of Isère clubs on the rock to meet, exchange ideas and climb together.
6pm Drinks
19h barbecue/brasero
Possibility of sleeping on site in a tent or camper van.
Pricing
Rates and registration:
4€ for FFME members
10€ for non-members (4€ registration + 6€ discovery license)
Registration includes :
- Participation in the climbing challenge
- Access to technical and rescue workshops (14 years and over)
- Welcome coffee and drinks at the end of the day
- Possibility of sleeping on site in a tent or camper van
- Possibility of eating on site at lunchtime (Foodtruck)
- Numerous prizes to be won
Rock-climbing initiation: A rock-climbing discovery workshop will be organized by the Département de l'Isère. Participation in this workshop is free, but must be booked in advance. Link coming soon. This activity is open to children aged 8 and over. Specific climbing equipment will be provided.
